PAYMENT - Please call or email to tell me what you wish to order. For credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express/ApplePay/GooglePay), you will be invoiced (via SQUARE) to provide your card information. This ensures that I do not handle your credit card information, and this is much safer for you! Shipment will occur following receipt of payment. For checks or money orders, shipment occurs after a check is received/cleared. PayPal payments are also accepted. SHIPMENT - Specimens are shipped immediately upon receipt of any type of payment, with the exception of personal checks. Personal checks are allowed 7 days to clear. Specimens are shipped on approval where a track record of previous payments has been established. Postage is charged at the actual price to ship the specimen (no handling fees), with insurance. International orders will be invoiced for actual shipping charges. All orders over $100 are insured.
RETURNS - We guarantee your satisfaction. If, however, a specimen does not appeal to you, return it within 10 days of the initial shipment. Returns must be received in original condition, well-packaged, and insured. Refunds will be made immediately upon receipt of the returned merchandise, based on these conditions, minus the cost of the original shipment.
