INFORMATION TO PROVIDE - Please include the item number (example: MS34), the description, location and price with all correspondence.
DISCOUNTS - Discounts always apply for repeat customers (usually a minimum 10%). Discounts are also given for orders totaling $200 or more.
PAYMENT - Orders can be placed via our online order form, a phone call to us (336-940-2203 8AM to 9PM Eastern Standard Time), or by mailing a printed copy of our order form (Crystal Perfection, Inc. PO Box 21223 Winston-Salem, NC 27120-1223 USA). Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard (by phone orders), money order, bank checks or personal checks.
SHIPMENT - Specimens are shipped immediately upon receipt of money orders and bank checks. Personal checks are allowed 7 days to clear. Specimens are shipped on approval where a track record of previous payments has been established. Postage is included in the purchase price for all domestic orders, unless the item is particularly large and/or heavy. International orders will be invoiced for actual shipping charges. All orders over $100 are insured, with insurance fee invoiced with shipment.
CONFIRMATION - All orders will receive either an email or written confirmation of the order. This confirmation assures that an item has been placed on a hold status pending receipt of payment (if applicable).
RETURNS - We guarantee your satisfaction. If, however, a specimen does not appeal to you, please return within 10 days. Returns should be in original condition, and insured where applicable. Full refunds will be made immediately upon receipt.
